What a special place! feels like youre miles from anywhere yet its close! Immaculately clean and the hot tub was unbelievable. Anne was so accommodating and I can't wait to return!

"Trip to the Kelpies"

We loved the quirkyness of the property, it's very secure and the personal touch that Anne provided for us on our arrival and the little provisions that she had left for us helped make the stay more enjoyable. It was out of town but only a five minute drive away from the town and close to the Kelpies. Looking forward to returning again at some point

With two of us unfortunately the shower ran out of hot water, although my husband said it was possibly because i stayed too long in it before him, (cold showers are good for you) :-)

Lovely and cozy. Great location. Got upgrade on arrival which was fab. Little extras like pancakes milk etc was great and Ann was a lovely host. Will definitely be back
