I'm sure the property would have been very nice had we been able to get in and see - unable to answer as not able to stay at property.

Waiting an hour outside the property in a hot car with 2 dogs for the owner to turn up, booking instructions stating he would meet us there between 15:00 and 16:00 - No show and zero contact from owner despite numerous calls, emails and voicemails left by me and booking.com throughout the day. His excuse when he finally returned my calls at 19:40 while we were already well on our way back home was his phone wasn't working, sorry. Having a family reunion holiday ruined, a disabled partner in tears and having to drive 170 miles back home the same day as we had nowhere else to stay. Being accused by Booking.com of not following the check-in instructions (which we did to the letter), and having to argue for days for a refund, only when dashcam audio evidence of phone-call from owner admitting he was supposed to meet us there and didn't did we get a partial refund (even with cancellation insurance). Being left out of pocket for a ruined holiday that 100% not our fault.

The house was secure, extremely well presented, incredibly comfortable and totally welcoming.

The driveway lights are quite bright in the front bedroom overnight. They stayed on all night. Perhaps a curtain across the window as well as the blind would help. We thought some hooks for coats would be useful in the hall.

Everything was perfect, stunning house & garden with every facility you could need for a comfortable & relaxing stay all within a great location

House was beautiful - the hosts have thought of everything. The little things that matter - providing pods for coffee maker, tea, sugar, kitchen had all utensils & dishes. Pods for dish washer. Fabulous welcome pack & lovely area to sit outside in the garden.

The hosts were fantastic with all communication. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and proximity to town was good

The owners were very friendly & accommodating, the welcome basket was a lovely touch. It was only about a 20 minute walk into the town but the accommodation was lovely & quiet, the perfect place to relax
