Good quiet location. Lovely older property which has been tastefully renovated and had a nice atmosphere, nice bright rooms with high windows, but not overlooked. Beds were comfortable and lots of storage for clothes - even plenty of coat hangers. Lovely garden - so many beautiful plants and felt very secluded and private. Parking for one car, but usually additional space in the road outside the gate.

Some areas could be cleaner - such as kitchen floor. Washing machine draw (detergent dispenser) was very mouldy - had to give it a good clean before use. Stairs are very steep with young children. There are safety gates available, but it wasn't stated that these had to be requested before your stay if required, as it did if a cot is required. Had to spend the week keeping a close eye on the little ones.

Very pleasant house with a pretty, secluded garden. Cosy sitting room and spacious kitchen/diner. Very clean with a lovely modern kitchen. Easy access to Southwold with free off street parking and it’s own bay for one car. Owners responded speedily to a problem with a blocked sink. Nice touch of welcoming home baked biscuits. Cot, high chair and stair rail provided for our baby.

Steep stairs to bedrooms but there are handrails on both sides. Bath could benefit from a handrail for older clients and a new non slip bath mat.

Clean, comfortable,spacious and a good location. Lovely garden.

Shower was scalding and really difficult to adjust the temperature. Needs attention. Bedside lamp not working in double bedroom.

I like the area.

The shower was so difficulty to operate and the pressure water was not good enough for the shower. It was too hot to have the shower and it was impossible to reduce the temperature. The cooker was also difficulty to follow the instructions. We only used the toaster and kettle. In the garden, there were over grown weeds and the path from the gate to front door are needing to trim.

Located on a very quiet road, spacious with all facilities.

Need to upgrade the tv to smart tv May be trim the garden a bit

The house was beautiful and facilities spot on . Everything we needed . We had a fantastic time there. Had fun looking for things in the kitchen but got there in the end . Very clean n light n airy . We hired bikes very good service and enjoyed exploring. The garden was beautiful and very quiet .very relaxing holiday definitely would love to come again .

Shower was very hot when we got there but within 1 hour of telling them it was sorted . Apart from that nothing .

it was very clean, towels and linen were very good quality. looked freshly decorated.

kitchen equipment was not sufficient if you were cooking for 6. not enough cutlery or cups unless you washed up after ever use. minimal serving dishes. quality not up to standard of rest of house garden could do with some tlc. nowhere to eat within walking distance
