Primrose cottage

Cottage was homely, clean & comfortable & lovely quiet location

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the cottage was small so it was only suitable for two people, & the only slight issue is parking as we were in a van ;we did park outside but worried that it was v tight for any cars to get past

Location was great, close to village shop and friendly pub. A good centre for exploring the Peak District. Good selection of breakfast goodies, plus tea and coffee, and household supplies. Very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and central heating.

Loved the cottage feel, it was clean and fresh. Hubby loved the cereals that were offered even though I had taken our own 😂. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Location was fantastic for from the door walks, never used our car for the 3 days, some information on surrounding areas would be helpful if you’re new to the area. The Anglers rest also never let us down in Millersdale with a lovely Sunday lunch midway through our walk. Thanks Nicola.

Fantastic little cottage in such a lovely little Village so peaceful, cracking pub over the road and a nice little shop nextdoor will definitely be back,

No garden to sit in

Lovely little cottage, it was perfect for us as a couple to relax and go on lots of scenic walks. The cottage had everything we needed facility wise and was really cosy! We loved the decore and style. Has a lovely little local shop and post office nearby.

The cottage itself was great, but the front garden was a little untidy.

The cottage was lovely and clean , bed super comfy ,it was warm ,all facilities required. Location very good for walks. Lovely little shop next door and pub opposite very good for food. Lovely touch with cereal and biscuits.
