Location is fantastic, the house was lovely and clean. Beds are comfortable. Heating very efficient.

Some of the decor and furnishings are in need of updating.

Brilliant location

State, cleanliness and safety of accommodation was horrific! If we had an option to stay elsewhere we would have! Should be refunded! Will not recommend at all! See images for more information Will be awaiting response from both owner and booking.com!

Very close to town we have stayed there a few times and love it

It was clean and looked very smart on initially entering. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was great. Lounge was as comfortable too.

We didn’t use the shower after the first use as there was a leak down to the utility room. En suite bathroom needs some work doing to replace the shower and the leak into utility downstairs needs sorting. The hoover provided was also not very good at all.

The location. The parking. Quiet.

Couple of miner faults. Ceiling light broken in kitchen Utility room had stains down the wall. Bolt missing of the shower door. Just incase you don't know.

Good location for Ulverston centre.

Tired appearance. Functional.

Location was fantastic.

Parking. Parking areas in the courtyard should be marked and numbered. Two days there were two huge workers vans, blocking the courtyard (they were also guests), over the weekend some other guests arrived in more than one vehicle. Sunday there were road works and I believe people were using the courtyard that weren't guests. In the accommodation, there were plenty of glasses but not enough cups, plates, pans or towels, or t-towels. Nowhere to hang freshly laundered clothes to dry.

How close it is to the centre.
