4 Laurel Court

Excellent location.

The location was very good for someone with a car. There was private parking. The house was spacious.

Location- kitchen

Shower mould- dust- shabby furniture

The location was excellent for our stop over in the lakes travelling north.

We were 'upgraded to 5 laurel court' - I hate to think what property 4 was like. These are functional however showing significant signs of wear and tear. Even the outside of the properties show a general lack of care. Reading past reviews, none of the suggestions from guests appear to have been actioned or addressed. Our property had lots of areas which were not clean e.g., stained mattresses, dirty oven and cooker hood etc. These are not difficult to rectify. In my opinion, it's the attention to detail that makes the difference for guests and why they return! Moreover, I contacted the owners to ask a question about an aspect of the property and got no response whatsoever. Granted it wasn't an emergency, but it is generally courteous to reply to your paying guests.

The property is well equipped for everything that you need and the location is perfect.

The couch is quite worn, only a small thing.

Good location, cottage was spacious, fully functional kitchen, amenities, etc.

Wifi speed very slow only 8mbps. Mattresses were too soft.
