Location, cleanliness

No Internet despite being described otherwise. TV in main lounge didn't work. Toilet in first floor bathroom blocked. Hot water hit and miss. Only one plug socket worked in top floor en suite bedroom.Some scruffy parts eg holes in wall in top bedroom, badly cracked sink in first floor en suite. No edging around kitchen work surface.

"April in the lakes"

Welcome pack. The location was brilliant, just a short walk to the town centre, and a lovely river side walk. Beds where comfortable Very clean, the kitchen had all the cutlery, plates and cooking equipment required, also had a dishwasher. Parking in the court yard just a few steps away.

Some of the electric sockets in the 2 bedrooms on the top floor did not work. The top floor bedroom had no remote control for the TV. We Had to have the heating on to have hot water. Which made the cottage very warm. Some of the radiators could not be turned down Shelves missing in the fridge located in the kitchen .

Great location. Good parking. Plenty of bedrooms and a good kitchen and laundry with everything you need.

Needs some finishing touches like covering up pipes and filling some holes. Sockets didn't work on the top floor. All of the floor boards on every floor creaked when you walked on them - even the ground floor. WiFi details were wrong.

Very good location and great for short break and good value.

There was sockets not working and showers fluctuating in temperature. Most likely the wax cartridge in the shower valve.

The location is great. The size of the accommodation is great Free parking Nice shower rooms

Blood stains on the duvet cover Large stain om the kitchen blind Both bedside sockets not working Cooker was old scratched and missing buttons Cooker hood greasy and dirty Bed and wardrobes were cheap and flimsy The living room carpet looked tired and dirty The laundry/boiler room toilet was unfinished and pipe leaking with wires hanging.. Bedroom window wouldn't open Laminate covering on breakfast bar broken Kitchen tap leaked Terrible WIFI
