THE SPACE OF THE PROPERTY WAS PERFECT

ONLY THE MATRESSES WAS TOO SOFT AND THERE WAS NO AIRCON. ONLY THE ROADS TO THE PLACE IS POOR IN THE RAIN. BUT IT IS A BUETIFULL EXSPERIENCE DRIVING THROUGH THE VILLAGES. WE NEVER MANAGE TO VISIT HOLE IN THE WALL

We were welcomed by security officer Zanele she was nice welcoming and friendly and the lady from ception was nice and showed us our apartment even the housekeeper were warm

Their tv dont have third cable so we diddnt waych it but we didnt report it

Proximity to the beach and available facilities at the unit

The staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness, From Day1 I bathed with warm/Hot water, the geyser was always on. I felt like home, all the kitchen appliances were provided infact everything was top 👌 a big shout-out to our friendly Cynthia.

There were no towels for our cottage 😌 but it was not a train-smash 😁

I like the house because it accommodated everyone that i was travelling with comfortably

There is nothing that I didn't like

Location: close to the beach. Great size for 10 guests, very comfortable.

There was no drinking water and we were not informed of this in advance. We were told a few hours before arrival to buy our own toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, towels, dishcloths and other basic essentials. We bought some of these an on arrival found these items available in the accommodation so essentially wasted money for no reason. The pool was dirty and only halfway full, very disappointing. A window was broken in one of the bedrooms, dangerous and cold at night.
