Stable Cottage "The Unicorn Stable"

Very clean and peaceful, lovely getaway my granddaughters loved the paintings 😊

Lovely location, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very nice. The cottage was well appointed , good internet speeds. It had everything that you need for a relaxing stay and the location right on the banks of the river Tamar was exceptional.

very tranquil location, not far from a small town with a great butcher and two small convenience stores and lovely walking tracks on the farm

Stunning quiet location

We all enjoyed the fresh eggs, bread and milk, which made a lovely welcome. We enjoyed walking directly from the property, without needing to take the car. The garden was a relaxing and sheltered space, and the beautiful hens paid several visits to forage. We enjoyed talking to Jonathan and hearing his plans for the site.

Softer mattresses, but that's possibly a personal thing.

Location, Bread, eggs, honey, milk left for us.

Foreign students working there walking past the windows and past bathroom, no privacy. Garden unkempt, grass not cut. Enclosed garden gate left open by students, not good to let dog out. Unusable BBQ, not prepared for our use. A tatty garden table and TWO chairs complete with birds muck. Nowhere to put soap/shower gel in shower. Only one TWO seater sofa and two bean bags. Paid extra for two relatives to stay overnight so expected enough seating. Booked as Stable cottage but changed to Unicorn cottage with various assortment of unicorns, elves and fairies (great for young children) not tastefully done! Paid extra for dog because having declared one dog payment wasn't taken by Booking.com. Not much thought of paying guests comfort, too much of a laid back attitude.
