Sheep Dip Cottage - 5* Cyfie Farm, with log burner and private hot tub

The property had every last detail covered! It was clean and homely with Christmas decorations and a tree for the Christmas period. We strained to a small hamper which was a lovely gesture and the honestly shop was a real treat with books and games to borrow while you stay! It was also dog friendly so that was a real plus for us!

There was nothing I can complain about everything about sheep dip was just perfect!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Cyfie Farm , Sheep Dip Cottage. Lovely, clean and spacious property. Nice and warm throughout with the underfloor heating. Very cosy in the winter months with the log burner going. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views and gardens. Our 3 year old loved exploring and seeing the animals. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Cute little shop on site where we bought some handmade gifts, jams and meat too which was excellent quality. Beautiful eggs too in the welcome pack which was a lovely little touch. We enjoyed these for breakfast 🥰 Thank you Teresa for a great stay, we look forward to returning.

We loved the hot tub. The place had a fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and lots of fluffy towels. We appreciated the fact that there was a log fire even though the cottage was so cosy we didn’t need to use it even in in late October. The on site shop selling essentials we’d forgotten as well as homemade produce and crafts was a great addition, as was the complementary welcome basket

It could have been a bit cleaner, though was by no means dirty, we just found quite a few long, black hairs. Hooks in the bathrooms would have been handy. Ours was the only property that didn’t benefit from the beautiful view We were not lucky enough to meet the host though we did have a chat to Theresa’s mother in the shop. Access was difficult via a single lane track with lots of mud and in some places flooded areas.

The location was excellent, such a lovely quiet place and the views were spectacular! It was amazing to wake up to all of the animals too! highly recommended

Loved the peaceful quiet picturesque location . We needed to chill out after a couple of busy weeks . This two night break provided us with just that . Thank You 🙂

The cottage had everything we could have wished for and more. From booking to checking out, it was an easy process. Hot tub really topped the luxury weekend off!

We loved the location, the property and the immediate scenery. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Communication from owner good. Perfect for a relaxing break away with the dogs. The views were excellent and lots of space for the dogs to explore. There was a useful little shop on the farm which was quirky. Would definitely return but for longer.

As we had some rain it would have made our stay even better if there was a cover of some kind over the hot tub, regardless of this we still enjoyed our time in here.

Absolutely beautiful location, and Matt and Teresa were amazing hosts. We loved getting our breakfasts from the on-site shop and being greeted by the farm cats every morning! The locals in Llanfyllin and Llanfihangel were lovely people who welcomed us into their community as well.
