The cottage was beautiful & clean & in a lovely location right next to the canal. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful quirky cottage brimming with original features. Fabulous location literally on the canal towpath. We didn't use the hot tub which was tucked away behind the back wall in a slightly shady area. The gardens were well stocked and maintained and there is a lovely seating area that gets the sun. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are airy. Highly recommend.

There was not much that could have been improved - just a few more kitchen items needed (water jug, more plates / bowls, wooden spoons and scissors).

Location and style of decor and furniture.

Minor details kitchen equipment missing basics such as scissors and no dishwasher tablets when it has not been made clear that a dishwasher was in the kitchen. A couple to start us off would have been welcome. Other wise a great place.

Location, size, and comfort. Hot tub went down a treat with the young people.

Insufficient quantity of saucepans for the size of our party.

Stunning location. Spacious and beautiful cottage, full of history and charm.

The TV's and satellite connection did not work during the whole time of our stay. Needed an outside light (bulb replacing) over the hot tub, as it was pitch black and a safety hazard at night whilst negotiating getting in and out of the hot tub, as it is positioned at the rear of the property. A couple of members of the party tripped on the broken flag at the side of the patio seating area. All points were raised at the time of our stay but TV and light situation was not resolved which was disappointing. We removed the broken flag to one side to eliminate a further trips.
