Riverside Villas

Very good value for money home, perfect for a big group stay. Good location. The hosts kindly provided some drinks and chocolate for our arrival which was a really nice touch. The housekeeping staff were excellent too. Very communicative, attentive and helpful. I would stay there again.

Minor but one of the properties lacked some basic essentials. There was only one frying pan and there wasn’t an indoor bin in the house we stayed in.

The hosts had left us lots of drinks and goodies for when we arrived and had the hot tub on ready to go. This was perfect after running the Marathon. Our housekeeper Ligia was AMAZING! She couldn’t have been more helpful and sent us all the info we needed to check in and how everything worked. She checked in with us over the weekend to make sure we didn’t need anything else which was nice. Overall brilliant stay and would definitely come back.

Convenient location and good for hosting a large group of people. very short uber ride to the main area. Would return again. Good facilities.

The house was clean and plenty of room in the kitchen and lounge for 9 of us. Easy to get a taxi to the Quays or. 40 minute walk. Any queries with the owner were answered promptly. There was a welcome basket full of crisps, sweets and cakes and plenty of cold drinks for us in the fridge. Very thoughtful.

No dishwasher!

A complete waste of time. None responsive when trying to get information and access. We arrived at the property but couldn't get it. I had my family waiting out in the cold with nowhere to go. We had to go to the local Premier In, as I couldn't keep the children out in the cold. while waiting for a response from the host, or assistance from the customer services, which did nothing to help besides offering a measly £52.71. I had to fork out another £270 for the Premier Inn, and then £586.22 for a new property due to the host cancelling during the night (after we travelled from various parts of the country, and should have already been in the house). According to one of the neighbours, this is a regular occurrence, with people often waiting for hours outside the house. Completely unacceptable.

Fantastic accommodation!!! The hosts got the property ready for us at very short notice. We outgrew our family home and was visiting Manchester for Dads birthday. Property easily accommodated 9 of us, 3 adults and 6 children. Property had extension which slept 4 which we shoved the teens in and was a win for all!! Rest of the adults and little ones slept spaciously upstairs. Inside hot tub was fantastic as it was pouring down in Manchester. All thoroughly enjoyed! Entertainment system built in with Spotify which was great. We needed somewhere quiet and comfortable and this place hit all the marks!!

The fire doors were...well firedoors and were constantly closing quite hard.

The house is amazingly decorated and had everything we needed. The location in Salford on the riverside was very convenient.

The kitchen is on the smaller side which made if difficult to cater to a big group, but this cannot be helped and did not negatively impact our stay
