VILLA STELLA

Elisabetta et Alessio, les propriétaires, sont d'une gentillesse incroyable. La maison est superbement située. La Villa est belle, spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée. Le jardin est joli et la vue très belle. Séjour du 11 au 17 septembre 2025.

The property is in a great location, an easy walk to restaurants and the main attractions in town. Parking was readily available and a supermarket a 2 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

We were there in mid-October and the hosts asked us to keep the heating to a minimum. They indicated that heat would not be allowed until November 1st and the landlord could receive a fine. Since it was unusably cold an exception was made a we were comfortable. While it did not affect us, the apartment did not have overhead fans or as far as I could tell, A/C. Guests staying during the summer months may find that a drawback.

Schönes Ferienhaus, mitten in Montalcino, direkt an der Kirche gelegen. 1 Minute zu Fuß bis zum Dorfplatz. Bequemes Bett, Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem alles vorhanden. Tipp für Besucher: Parkplatz via Moro, auf der ungeschottetern Seite sind die Parkplätze umsonst. Ein kleiner Coop Supermarkt ist zu Fuß 1 Minute entfernt

Geschmackssache, aber für mich zu viele künstliche Blumen die vor allem im Weg sind

Plenty of space indoors, comfortable bedroom and pleasant garden with a lovely view. The villa is central to all the important sites, services and facilities in Montalcino.the property is very secure.

The kitchen facilities were limited.

Grande maison toute en longueur avec grand salon, salle a manger, cuisine, 2 Chambres et salle de bain avec un grand jardin devant avec table, chaises, transats et parasol. Très bien équipée. Très calme (sauf pour les cloches la nuit !!!) au coeur de Montalcino (facilement accessible avec la voiture pour deposer vos bagages) et à deux pas d'un supermarché Coop. Vous y serez bien accueilli. Ideal pour se reposer au coeur du Val d'Orcia

Had this big house all to myself for a few days. Staying in a villa with beautiful views and garden. In the middle of Montalcino. Only few meters from the restaurants. Place was clean with lots of space. The host was very friendly and helpful. Grazie mille Elisabetta :)

Whole place to ourselves, lovely garden and view. Amazing location a short walk down to the main square. Shower had good pressure and bed was large and comfortable. We were also provided extra adaptors as we didn't have the correct EU adaptor for Italy.

Some have noted the bells of the church ringing but it was actually nice and didn't impede sleep etc. No problem at all.
