The house was beautiful and the area was amazing too!

The accommodation was clean, spacious and had all the facilities we could need. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, and had left us milk and food items which was very much appreciated! The communal area was very cosy, and there is a lovely outside seating area.

The bedrooms are fairly light, so I would recommend a sleep mask if that bothers you. There is a liitle more road noise than you would expect. The oven was confusing - it doesn't close fully, so we had to call the hosts to check, but that is in fact the design and it worked fine!

The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage while we explored the country. She also left us plenty of foods and snacks complimentary as a welcoming package. Amazing.

We had a great time in Hollyford! Highly recommended :-) - friendly welcome, incl. some food (bread, butter, jam, cheese, fruits, cereals, milk, juice) - bridget and micheal were very nice and helpful! - store next door - pub across the street - lovely comfi house and garden incl. patio - good equipment in the kitchen and on top washing machine/dryer - two bathrooms with some products (soap, showergel...)

Bridget left food basket and milk eggs etc. in fridge, which was great!!

Everything was perfect

A lovely house in a very pretty and picturesque location. The house was spotlessly clean and there was some basic groceries and foodstuffs left for our arrival which was a lovely thought by the owner and allowed us to not worry about any groceries until day two. The shop was literally ten steps up the road and their was a nice quiet pub a short walk away.

The location is quite rural and it can take a bit of time to get anywhere. Google maps is not to be relied on to guide you anywhere. It makes no distinction in the quality of roads and there are some real narrow country lanes that you don't want to be guided down.
