Lindas Retreats Self catering accommodation 1 bedroom cottage or 3 bedroom House

Well equipped flat, very clean, nice decoration, beautiful view and free on-site parking. Location is remote, peace and quiet, which is what we want. However, no supermarket nearby. Driving there is a bit challenging but the view along the way is fabulous.

Volwaardig ruim huisje. Alles aanwezig, knus ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote ruimten, fijne douche.

It was a great stay! The cottage was perfect with a great view. The village was like in a fairy tale... Restaurant and pub really nice. Felt home and can imagine come back for a longer holiday.

Had to leave after 2 nights.

The property is on the outskirts of Tomintoul and has lovely views of open countryside and the hills from the sitting room and the outside terrace. We stayed in the single unit, which is compact but has all the facilities that we needed plus Cameron said that we could use his tumble dryer. The owner, Cameron, is not always at the property but we did get to meet him and he is a lovely person. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spectacular area, which is also reasonably close to the Grampians and the East coast.

The double bed was smaller than we are used to, but then again beds away rarely match up to the one that we are used to at home. The bed room fire alarm (Co monitor?) didn't seem to work. Not a problem for us since we always carry our own Co monitor when away.

Wat was het een geweldige 1 nachts verblijf, volgende keer verblijven hier meerdere nachten. Prima ruim huisje met alle voorzieningen. Hele fijne bedden, ruime badkamer. Maar kers op de kaart was toch wel het uitzicht. Lekker buiten kunnen zitten en binnen de omgeving donkerder zien worden, onder het genot van een lekkere whisky. Mooie plek om van daaruit te gaan wandelen in Tomintoul en omgeving

Great host ,and immaculate cottage a real hidden gem and had everything you ever need for your stay. Would book this again as nothing else around is as good value as this property.,

Heerlijk ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Arriveerde op de dag van storm Floris waardoor er geen stroom was tot de volgende ochtend. Gelukkig mochten we de woning ernaast van de eigenaar Cameron gebruiken om op gas te koken ❤️. De omgeving is mooi glooiend en prachtig paars van de heide. Vanuit de accommodatie is het Cairngorms national park en Balmoral Castle prima te bereiken.

Self contained premises with parking , shower and kitchen lounge with patio doors with stunning Mountain View . Bedroom with soft mattress and lovely furnishings all around.

Nothing. Absolutely great out of all the air bnb and booking sites this week this was the best hands down. Only possible downside or upside is miles from any eateries . Or just cook here in the kitchen . There is a pub in the village but we missed it ..

필요한 모든 것이 다 갖추어져 있었고, 안뜰 전망과 야외 식사 공간이 너무 좋았어요! 호스트 카메론이 너무나 친절하게 모든 것을 적극적으로 도와 주었어요! 고마워요! 동네에 어드벤처 플레이그라운드가 있는데 매우 훌륭해요. 와인 한 명과 숏브레드를 선물로 두어 감동이었어요.
