Central location ease of access

Top floor room was extremely hot and stuffy no access to fresh air couldn’t open velux

great location, very cool and comfortable property, good communication with the host, easy to find, felt safe.

not clean, none of the bathroom doors close/lock, better pillows

Location brilliant easy walking distance to city centre. Lovely old building with huge ceiling heights, large windows and large rooms. Good facilities, excellent kitchen with plenty of crockery and glasses, tea provided and dishwasher tablets, tea towel provided. Very comfy beds and nice linen and towels.

Could have done with an instruction booklet or guide for the heating. Couldn't work out how to use the remote. First floor bathroom drain blocked, smelly. Informed contact who responded immediately. We were only staying for 2 nights so not too much of an issue as we were able to use the second floor bathroom. The decoration is lovely but a little bit tired in places, it was clean but could use a deep clean. Some fixtures need attention or replacing, dirty blinds in the bedroom and lounge.

Exposed electrical wiring on the hall light switch and the hallway lights. Complained to property - they didn’t respond. No proper lock on the front door. Terrible smell.
