"More like a student house than a stylish city centre apartment. Not worth the high price tag"

Location

Shabby interior. Bathrooms very basic and no hot water in one shower. Blinds in bedrooms didn’t block out the light. Top bedroom stuffy and hot. Hoover and mop/bucket dumped in kitchen. Check in info only provided 7 hours before arrival.

"A Great Weekend"

Excellant central location near bars, restaurants an shops and secure NCP parking within 10 minutes walk of property. Ability to park for a few minutes outside property to unload.

"Good"

The location was ideal as it was just far enough away from the the hustle and bustle of city life.

The stairs between the kitchen and living room and between the kitchen and the second level were very steep for me as an 81year old

Was the perfect place for a group of friends staying in the city for a weekend. Had a homely feel, was in a great location in a quiet corner, with an easy walk to everything you want to see and do. Was also great value for money

"Amazing Location!"

The house is gorgeous and well laid out, and we loved the location. The beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. We would go again purely for the location to the centre. Perfect for a group Christmas getaway!

The heating was broken when we arrived but the host was quick to reply and brought three electric heaters when a plumber couldn’t fix the problem. It was not ideal but we appreciated the effort to make us comfortable. There was also some existing damage to a door when we arrived but it didn’t have much affect other than not closing fully.

Excellent location in the city centre. Property was spacious. Beds comfortable. Adequate cupboard and clothes hanging space. Kitchen facilities good.

No information about how things like heating, hot water worked and that digital locks on bedroom doors had been disabled! Which would have been helpful to know when at midnight one of the doors appeared to be locked but actually just very stiff to open! Very old instant coffee left out which guests are 'welcome to use'.

"A very pleasant stay for The European Championships #TEC22"

Great location near the Motorpoint Arena and the city centre. Well equipped and surprisingly spacious. Hosts were very attentive before and during our stay.

No direct access to the front door so had to unload the car on the road outside. Parking nearby is expensive but that is the price of convenience.
