Vila Caracas - V3 - Vilamoura

The location was good, about a 10/15 min walk to the marina. The pool was clean and looked after daily. The garden was well maintained.

The house itself felt a bit dated and was not the cleanest in some places. Some of the furniture was in need of repair or replace.

Air conditioning was broken in main bedroom and an engineer was booked to come but didn't, very disappointed

The villa is in a great location in a very quiet residential street about 1K easy walk to the marina. As we arrived on an early flight the cleaners were busy cleaning and so we were allowed to leave our luggage and walk to the marina where i was able to pick up the keys. we found the property very clean and smelling fresh . all of the good sized bedrooms each have their own bathroom and theres loads of storage space. after reading a few negative reports i was a bit apprehensive but we absolutely loved the villa. It has traditional charm and features and loads of great outdoor space. the kitchen was clean and very well stocked and the dishwasher was a bonus. the living area was comfortable and we made use of the outdoor garden furniture every day. if i was looking to buy a property in villamoura this would be perfect

I did find the mattress quite hard but only a minor thing as the others in my party where happy with theirs.

The Villa is a spacious villa in a quiet area. It has shops nearby, which takes a maximum of 3 minutes by car and 15 mins by walking.

The Villa is very run down and needs to be renovated. Did not feel comfortable sleeping in the beds and using the toilets as it did not look clean. Fridge and freezer was not cold at all and the drinks and ice cream we left ended up being soggy and warm. Communication with the agency was very poor, as we had mentioned to them that our flight had been delayed and that we would be arriving at midnight. They read our messages on Whatsapp but did not respond for a very long time and left us stranded outside the Villa for hours. Better communication is needed by the agency. Very very poor.

Great location less than 1km from the Marina on a quiet cul de sac with a good sized pool and layout inside

On arrival the house was dirty, had broken lamps, a broken dishwasher and fridge handle. There was a damp smell and a leaking dishwasher. The beds were uncomfortable and there were curtains missing in the bedrooms. We requested these to be addressed during our month long stay to no avail. There was a lack of kitchen ware and the appliances were very dated. The house would benefit from a refurb
