Great accommodation and superb views. Joel is an excellent and generous host

Road to the unit is difficult unless with a 4x4. So we just left our car at the foot of the hill and Joel took us up and down as needed.

"Food for the soul."

The cottage offered everything needed for a comfotable off the grid stay which we loved. Kitchen quite functional. Hot shower and bathroom facilities nice and clean. Slept like a baby on the comfy bed. Braai facilities we enjoyed a lot. Hiking trails were adventurous but quite well laid out and the views spectacular. Clean tasty mountain stream water and fresh air brings you closer to nature. We surely recommend this to nature lovers.

There were not much that we didn't like except the road condition. As it is mountainous, it is difficult to maintain. The road up to the waterfall were bit overgrown as well. Still we loved it.

Magic. An amazing place. Spectacular views, peace and quiet and a great host. We would have stayed on for a few more days, but it was booked out.😩 We will go back. This is one man's passion.

The host was extremely friendly and helpfully. He made sure we felt welcome.

The pool was not very clean i felt it could do with a scrub.
