Beach, hills, food, scenic walks-The Kelp house.

The location is excellent with everything you need on the doorstep. The hosts were amazing and really helpful with local information, even dropping us off nearby to a bbq so that we didn't have to drive. Couldn't have asked for a better space and hosts.

It would have been great to have had a small freezer compartment!

The bedroom blinds provide very little blackout. We were blessed with glorious weather but it meant daylight in the bedroom from 4am. 🕶️☀️ Space also got very hot with the high daytime temperatures ( thermostat stayed at 25c), the fan in the bedroom space did help. 🥵🪭 Shower had a mind of its own 🚿

Property was lovely and no issues with location or stay.

The person managing the account/owner firstly wouldn't accept my contact details to share info with my staff but insisted on their number, just making life difficult. They then made me aware the property is paid for by bank transfer, had I known this I wouldn't have booked, I requested an invoice to be able to pay the funds and one was sent to me with misspelt name and poor wording. I paid the invoice promptly and yet woke up to a message at 7am insisting the funds hadn't been sent, once I sent proof of the payment the night before I was then told 'no issues I've got it'. Unprofessional, irritating and just not what you're after for a smooth booking. I would've cancelled and had the team leave but we were limited for options.

Proximity to the South Coast Walk and its amazing scenery with some brilliant pubs and places to eat. Great tea too. If you like playing Cluedo this is the place for you!

Nothing - it’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable with perfect access to public transport.

The owner was so welcoming and had great communication before arrival. The property was well appointed, modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location for exploring Brighton and the surrounding areas. Close to the cliffs for nice walks and a couple of pubs nearby.

Just our personal preference but we would have liked there to have been curtains in the bedroom. Without any it meant we didn’t sleep well as it was so bright.
