The Kelp House is beautifully designed with lots of natural light. The space has everything you’d need and more. Richard is very friendly and professional. The Kelp house is private from the main house with own parking space and front door. We felt at home and would highly recommend.

"Heerlijk verblijf"

Fantastische locatie met mooie wandeling op loopafstand van de cliffs. Leuke pubs waar je lekker kunt eten (Tavern en Smugglers). Brighton is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de bus. Host Richard maakte het verblijf nog leuker. Hij had goede tips en we konden lekker kletsen en lachen. Zou hier zo weer verblijven en kan het iedereen aanraden. Het appartement is ruim, licht, schoon en mooi ingericht.

The studio apartment itself is lovely, spacious and the hosts offer all the wifi codes etc.

At other guest houses i’ve been to they offer towels (or at least place them on the bed), have hand towels, have a tea/coffee station nicely laid out, offer fruit or basic snack foods etc. It’s all small points but guests will need to bring everything with them if they stay and these little touches will just add to the experience to make it 10/10.

Great place to stay, lovely decoration and very clean. Close to the beach and Richard and Tammy really are truly nice people and excellent hosts with great advice on local food and sightseeing. We’d definitely stay again!
