Great location and really nicely done. Great layout and colour design.

I searched for a hairdryer after washing my hair but could not find one and also I would love to have had some black coffee - there were flat white coffee pods but I only have my coffee black due to milk intolerances.

The style, value for money, attentive hosts. Good location.

Lovely location outside of central Brighton,, right near the sea and if you don’t want to drive into Brighton bus stops right outside the accommodation. Accommodation itself was warm and well set out. The owners Tammy and Richard were very welcoming and informative.

The accommodation looked clean on the surface but sadly was not as clean as we would have expected, floors were dirty to the point that our socks were very dirty after walking around inside the accommodation. We also used the sofa bed ,sadly that was very uncomfortable,we only stayed one night so manageable but don’t think we could have stayed longer. The sheets,duvet and pillows were stored under the sofa bed and did not appear or smell like they were clean , so we did not use them.Luckily we brought our own tea ,sugar etc as the sugar container was empty and dirty inside , only 4 tea bags in the container, there was a coffee machine but as non coffee drinkers we did not use. Be careful with dishwasher as the door does not stay open and it spring closes and the fridge is not secured and unbalanced and fell forward when trying to store milk in the door. Also be aware that the only way to pay for this property is by bank transfer or cash and it is expected on the day of arrival.

Welcoming, new build, light, roomy, colourful and comfortable. It had a coastal vibe. Handy to 2 pubs and long walk across the white cliffs.

The lounge was ok.

Ruhiges Appartement mit eigenem Parkplatz und guter Anbindung an den ÖV Richtung Brighton (ca. 25') oder Richtung Eastbourne. 2 Pubs und ein Burger/Pizza-Restaurant in Gehdistanz. Coastpath quasi vor der Haustüre mit Zugang zum Meer beim Pub Smuggler's Rest. Richard war sehr nett und unkompliziert und unsere Privatsphäre wurde absolut respektiert, da auch eine gewisse Distanz zu seinem Haus und dem Cottage liegt.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, location is great with your own private parking next to the property.

Location for walking was excellent, out in wild windy wet weather for my stay returning to a warm cosy colourful space. Secure parking at the back of the accommodation and a very quiet area.
