the unit needed a good clean very dusty & need to clean inside cupboards, fridge & microwave also lounge was uncomfortable

View was stunning

Pillows like rocks not very clean cutlery walls etc no shampoo or soap in shower

The view was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen, bathroom and other provided utilities were very clean.

Beautiful property with great view. Facility is great, even has a rice cooker. Very comfortable.

Nothing really. But if u don’t have a car, it will be very hard as walking into town and to shops are not ideal.

Location was excellant along the Lake It was a nice walk into Queenstown (4km)

I agree with a few previous reviews it needed a few maintainence jobs done Eg the shower head kept falling down Plumbing - all the sinks got blocked very quickly

The view from villa and its location is excellent. However, we found that the basin in the toilet was clogged and the water could only slowly go through the pipe. We had reported the staff of this problem and the staff only told us that the property manager would contact me via email. Eventually, it turned out that no one’s show up and there’s no email for any solution during our stay. Also, there’s no shower gel and shampoo in the toilet as well. I have to say that i’m quite disappointed.

A bit small. The fan in the bathroom couldn’t switch off which is very noisy.
