Rose Cottage

Very clean and well stocked

All fine but guess parking could be more difficult in summer months

Really great location and a good size for 2 people, with the addition of free on street parking!

The bed on the top floor (single beds) were incredibly uncomfortable - lumpy and springs sticking out. The kitchen area was far too cold, even with the heating on full and we couldn’t sit in there to eat. The windows, blinds and decor all needed a dust as there was lots of dust and cobwebs on these. The baking trays needed throwing out and replacing as they’re beyond saving. The non slip shower Mat could do with replacing too as it’s all discoloured etc. Also we think the carpet wasn’t hoovered before our arrival, as bits on the carpet and no hoover lines - I’m sure this was just an over sight by the cleaner.

The property was modern and comfortable. Easy walking distance to town and convenient shop just around the corner.

The frying pan wasn't induction, so didn't work on the hob. However, not really an issue.

Lovely clean cottage in a quiet area. Easy walk into town centre. There was everything you needed in the cottage. Would definitely stay here again.
