Detached, peaceful, spacious with easy access and very large garden

Loved the beautiful large garden and spacious bedroom. Welcome pack of scones, cream, jam and apple juice. Throws. Dog towels Dog treats Plenty of storage Near to Wadebridge and A39 Cleanliness.

The lounge/dining area was behind the raised kitchen breakfast bar which totally obscured views of the garden. Areas need reversing to make the most of the lovely views. No hooks on the back of doors to hang coats/dog leads etc. Needs a boot room that is accessed from outside to take off wet boots and dry off dogs and store wet things.

Huge beautifully maintained garden, great for dogs. Very nice cream tea, milk and apple juice left for us on arrival, thank you. Bowls, towels, throws provided for dogs much appreciated especially as we had some heavy rain. Hosts very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Would recommend and hope to return next year.

The position is closed to Wadebridge, and beaches of Rock, Padstow, Trevone and Harlyn beach. The facility is brand new, spotless with a big garden for your dog. The house is big an you will. Never have problem with space and you have all you need to enjoy your holiday. Owners are fantastic and the welcome for us and our dog has been great. The rock beach has some restaurant you can enjoy and the position of the house gives you the opportunity to go in several places just in 20/30 min by car. Everything was fabulous.

Absolutely beautiful home with stunning views to wake up to! Great decor and amenities within the property. Fantastic communication from the hosts with my queries ahead of our stay and whilst we were there. It was a shame we didn't get to enjoy the property as much as we would've liked due to working at a local convention but the time we did spend there was amazing. We would love to return again.

It was not only spacious and well-laid out but also equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Whether enjoying my morning coffee or preparing a meal, everything I needed was right at my fingertips. The kitchen's modern conveniences and high-quality tools made cooking an absolute pleasure. One of my favourite parts of the property was the wonderful garden. It was a serene oasis where I could relax with a book, enjoy a meal outside, or soak up the beauty of the surroundings. The garden was beautifully maintained and offered a peaceful retreat, and my furbaby just loved it. The bedroom was another highlight, featuring a fantastic view that made waking up each morning a delight. There’s nothing quite like opening the curtains to a stunning landscape; this property did not disappoint. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Speaking of exploring, the property's location was perfect for discovering the area. It was in a great spot that allowed easy access to local attractions, scenic walks, and delightful eateries. Everything was conveniently close by whether I wanted to explore the countryside or visit nearby towns. Overall, my stay at this beautifully decorated detached property was fantastic. The comfortable and well-equipped kitchen, the wonderful garden, the bedroom with its fantastic view, and the excellent location made it a truly memorable experience. I can't recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.
