Family Bungalow sleeps 4

Exceptional,both the owner and the house.

Alll perfect.

Good instructions were give to the property. I went with a 92 year old so wanted a bungalow. The steps were a bit of an issue but instructions about the side gate were helpful. The layout was good and carpets were clean. I read a review about overgrown garden and that had been cut back. So they do listen to feed back. Quiet stay and slept well. Pillows were really comfortable.

The accommodation would have been better if it had been cleaner and it wouldn’t take much to improve this. Most of the property was clean, but the sofa and arm chair were filthy and needed cleaning. There was food down the side of the oven from previous guests and I had to clean trays before use. Two minute job to pull it out and wash it and just check baking trays, although there were a good supply. Food on the carpet from previous guest in double room right hand side of bed and hand prints on wall behind the bed. Very easy to clean with a cloth and hover. The hand rail in the shower was falling off which is dangerously for an old person and is an east fix. The shower was a good design. The shower hose was black, a replacement would cost £10. The broken bench in the garden should be removed to prevent an accident, but think there was evidence they were tidying up the garden.

There is no perfect in life. Personal preference should never put in trouble professionals. Especially professionals like James.

Location good for shopping and walking. Quiet location just outside of town.

It was a fabulous place exactly what we need very clean and had everything you could need in walking distance .

The shower could do with a new shower head but it was still usable.

Suberb little cottage, warm, comfy and big enough for a family of 4. Good location to be able to get into town and other amenities.

The parking was the hairdressers car park. We were told that sometimes the owner locks the car park at night.

Close to centre. Parking and it was quiet

Mattresses on beds were a little too soft
