A Lovely Cabin House at Way Woods Retreat with Outdoor Hot Tub! - By Sacred Hub MGMT

Very clean, beautiful property. Everything was thoughtfully provided for us.

was a good location. had a hot tub was a plus. quiet location.

when you pulled up there where 8 cars parked in the yard. booked at noon was told he had to turn stuff on was not notified the place was ready until 7:50 pm. and he still was at the property. the refrigerator had food in it was not clean the bath tub had a hole in it. there was a staircase marked not for your use that went somewhere and had a sheet over the doorway. He also stated that he would be on the property working on it. I really beleaved he was staying in the other part of the house with no door or anyway to secure anything from him or even yourself. we left felt really uncomfortable did not stay there it was creepy.

Way Woods Retreat is aptly named. It’s tucked into the woods under tree cover, so it feels miles away from everything. It’s quiet and serene and there’s even a family of deer who visit the front yard. The house is well appointed and well stocked. We had some lovely meals and just enjoyed being together. The hot tub is, of course, awesome. Loved this place.

The freezer was packed, which I guess just means don’t buy groceries until you check out the house. (Plenty of everything)

The cabin was so peaceful, comfortable, and was well supplied. The owner was easy to work with and was very clear with directions and instructions. We will definitely stay again, thank you!!

We went inside and it was dirty like someone was living there I got a call from the owner who was living there

The owner is advertising and is available to book but he is living in it and was drunk when we showed up then asked us to leave for an hour so he could put away his personal items and clean it because it was unusual for us to book in the afternoon and he was not prepared because he's living in the property despite him advertising it's a vacation home rent. We went and waited 2 1/2 hours and he still didn't have anything ready and we had already started cooking steaks for dinner abd had to stop in the middle of it, we waited until midnight and the property is way out 30 minutes from the closest town so we had no dinner nothing was open and then he ended up canceling on us and then didn't refund me

The place is beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious and in a quiet location. And the hot tub.

The hot water had a lot of issues; we stayed for three nights with 4 people, almost always after the first person there was no hot water and it was cold in December so it was a bit painful. Even though the host was friendly and tried to fix the issue it didn’t really get resolved. The stay was back at the end of December so maybe it would be fixed by now.
