"Exceptional"

Seth was an excellent host! The house is beautiful and comfortable (we especially loved the handcrafted wooden railings), and we enjoyed the quiet and hot tub as well.

The showers were a bit tricky to figure out, but we eventually did.

Plenty of games and movies to keep the family entertained. A fully stocked Kitchen was a plus.

Could use some more lights near the hot tub, maybe there was a switch but I did not see it. The toilet did get clogged, but we were quickly able to locate plunger.

"Serene, cozy cabin"

Host was amazing and kind and supplied detailed instructions and expectations. Home is beautiful and cozy, very welcoming. Spa and view with deer walking through the woods was very nice and relaxing. Lots of movies and fun games to pass the time. Comfortable bed. Property is quiet and serene.

Nothing. Everything was great for our stay.

"Superb"

Seth was a great host. Beautiful area, perfect.

There was zero soap to shower with, no access to washer and dryer, 1/4 roll of a paper towel. Everything else was great other than the additional $300 deposit i was requested to leave even before i got there.

"BEWARE, if you pay a security deposit the owner in unwilling to pay it back."

When I booking through booking.com I got a good deal but a few days later the host reached out to me via call and asked me to pay more. I immediately called booking.com regarding the ill intentions of the owner. But I didn't pay anything upfront. As soon as we reached the property, the owner asked for a security deposit of $300. To my fear, owner hasn't paid back a single penny from the security deposit and it's been 25 days now. The owner displayed a mark on the couch and is unwilling to pay back anything.

I am very disappointed by the owner of this property. BEWARE, the owner's intentions are really bad and he is going to put excuses so that he can charge more money from you on top of booking.com I have raised a formal complaint against this properly to booking.com but its been 25 days and haven't got my money back.
