La balconata sul mare

Les hôtes sont charmants et disponibles ! Super logement, très fonctionnel ! Bonne literie ! Emplacement très bien situé à proximité des commerces et avec une vue imprenable sur le petit port ! A 2 pas de la mer avec une magnifique promenade et une eau cristalline 😍

Das alte Steinhaus, in dem die Wohnung lag, war sehr schön mit rund umlaufendem schmalen Balkon direkt am Meer. Man konnte zwei Stühle rausstellen und den Meerblick genießen. Die Lage war ganz nahe der Altstadt. Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert, der Vermieter sehr nett.

Bad und Küche waren zwar relativ neu, die Ausstattung hat uns leider jedoch gar nicht gefallen. Es wirkt als wurden alle möglichen gebrauchten oder/und billigste Gegenstände lieblos zusammengewürfelt. Z.B. der Küchenschrank war vollgestopft mit viel zu vielen Gläsern aber es gab nur 1 Weinglas! Wir bekamen uralte abgenutzte Handtücher. Im Bad nur Plastikequipment, überall standen angebrochene Duschgels rum und es war nur medium oberflächlich sauber. Die Matratze war sehr unbequem und hing durch. Wer Wert auf Stil, Hochwertigkeit und Gemütlichkeit legt, wird sich hier eher nicht wohlfühlen.

Giovinazzo is a fantastic city. Very cute, charming at night, many many great restaurants. The appartment is very close to everything you need. I recommend staying a few days - one week in that area. The host is nice and helpful, responds quickly too. The balcony gives you a lovely view of the sea and the sunsets !!! The place is very close to the bus and train station too!! 10/10

The appartment is perfect in terms of location and price quality, but I would say comfort (bed, sheets, pillows, chairs in home and balcony) could be a bit better. I can’t complain because cost was very good :) thank you!!!!

Fantastic view from the balcony to the sea!

Great situation next to the harbour and within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and the old town. Dario and his family were excellent hosts and went out of their way to help us.

A couple of comfy chairs would have been nice, but no other complaints.
