Peaceful Paradise

Warm and accessible caravan with a good array of utensils to make dining in a delight. Parking was very convenient.

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Host left loads of thoughtful extras e.g. milk, tea, coffee etc. Towels, tea towel, condiments, washing up liquid, hand soap and loo roll. Site was quiet and extremely well kept. Communication was great in lead up to visit. Short walk to a little beach area and 5 min drive into Ilfracombe.

The narrow turns into the road leading to site 😂.

The contact and communication was excellent. From the moment we booked, we could contact Caroline and receive a quick response. The property was in a peaceful area which allowed us to take a lovely walk to the nearby harbour. The caravan was exceptionally clean and comfortable! We only stayed a few nights as we had travelled to a Devon wedding- but we would have happily stayed longer as we were so settled!

The location was very poor as my partner uses a mobility scooter. I queried this before booking. We didn't like anything about the accomodation. The whole site itself was very nice but not suitable for us. Nothing matched our expectations or the information we read before booking.

The accomodation was small and very shabby. The bed only had a few inches room on either side and almost impossible to get into. The main door warped and did not close well. Crockery and cutlery was very poor quality and not pleasant to use. Towels and bedding very poor quality and too used. We were so disgusted by the whole set up we moved out on Monday morning and had to pay extra to stay in decent accomodation for the rest of the week.

Unfortunatey the boiler failed and we had to home for two nights because. It wasnt satisfactory. Sorry Carolie, i will claim via insurance for those days due to those reasons. Thank you for letting us stay , sadly not the getaway planned . Jessica

Lovely and clean, the owner and staff were 100% helpful, everything was great, nice dog walks and nice and quiet

Good location in well maintained site

Would be extremely tight for 4. Adequate for 2. Running water from stream behind property clearly audible, especially at night.
