Location of the van

The beds was uncomfortable and the key box could have been in a better place

Beautiful location tucked away but not far away from so many different places. The caravan was beautiful and comfortable. The little touches like cleaning products tea coffee sugar even milk just made it even better in our opinion. Check in was easy.

Little stream running out the back

Small, turn into road leading to property is tight, not good for big car.

Comfortable, spacious accommodation with everything we needed for a long weekend. Very quiet village has a small beach, a cafe and an pub, but very short drive to main town - Ilfracombe. You can also walk there in around 20 mins. Great access to coast path and brilliant area for dog walking.

Everything was good. Bed was probably softer than I like, but that is a personal preference. Only suggestions might be to have a small coffee table and side lamp for main living area and a couple of hooks in bathroom

It was in a great location, it was so clean and Caroline was so lovely and even left us some milk for when we arrived! 10 out of 10 for us we loved it 🥰 thank you so much Caroline ♥️

What a fabulous caravan. The photos don't do it justice! Clean, comfy, warm, great setting in a wonderful location. Wonderful communication from Caroline the host, and the staff at the park are fabulous too. We had the best time x

Absolutely nothing!

The caravan was in a lovely, peaceful spot on a beautiful site. The site itself is very well kept, manicured lawns, and gorgeous flower beds throughout the communal areas. The caravan itself was spotlessly clean and modern with all the amenities you could need: bedding, towels, cleaning products, etc. We really appreciated Caroline leaving a pint of milk for our arrival!

The only very minor point was that the TV only had BBC channels. Whilst this was not an issue during our stay, I imagine on a rainy day or if you spent more time in the caravan, a greater choice of channels would be appreciated. The caravan has WiFi so having a smart TV would provide additional options.

Was in a nice quiet little place,lovely big decking,milk left in fridge when we arrived for a much needed cuppa,nice and clean.

The owner is really friendly and helpful, The caravan is lovely, very clean and in an ideal location for us. This is the second time we've stayed here.
