Location and decor good.

Toilet seat broken fixture Toilet brush broken Filthy kitchen windowsill Back yard in disrepair The owners need to come and fix lots of “snags” that let the place down.

Great location. Very quiet and comfortable.

Couldn’t open bedroom window.

Location excellent, cottage good but could be cleaner Hubby liked the man cave 😂

Parking!! We thought parking was adjacent to cottage, but sadly not. In a car park 400 yards away very difficult loading & unloading luggage both ways. Not your fault but someone made a comment in visitors book that there was someone else in property & drew a ghost, very unnerving but glad to say we never heard or saw anything.

The cottage was beautifully presented and a good base from which to explore North Norfolk

The cottage was extremely warm upstairs. Fans were provided and did help but I found sleeping difficult until I took the removed the duvet from the cover and just used the cover to sleep under.

Really helpful guide inside the property which was super helpful. Also the hosts provided information in a timely manner ahead of check-in.

Not much to dislike about this wonderful property.

The location was ideal, quiet and easy to find. There was a free parking place too, only a few minutes away. This was useful for my aunty who cannot walk too far. There was an area at the rear of the property to sit and even had an outdoor kitchen with a bbq and sink. The property was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and sofa. My aunty loved the duvet so much she's ordered one for herself!
