Good location,warm ,good size

Dog hairs on bed and settee . Dog faeces large in courtyard where children went . All cutlery greasy had to re wash . Bins had old foil in Parking picture needs to be updated as wrong name on photos

The location is fantastic. In a nice area the right part of town.

I received an email on the morning of check-in with attachments which were supposed to be map of car parking. I wrote back straight away to request the attachments again as they were broken. Didn't hear anything, at lunch time sent another message requesting post code of the car park but didn't hear anything. I received an email to say that at 3pm I would receive key code, I didn't. Sent another message but didn't receive a response, booking.com suggested best way to contact is phone so I did - no answer. I then called booking.com who called the owners and eventually we got the code and directions to car park. It all could have been avoided and I am apprehensive leaving this review as the property is nice, very clean and a great location.

Location. It was a good layout and comfortable.

Bedding definitely hadn’t been changed, they had just been remade from previous guests. We found clean new bedsheets in the cupboard and changed them bedding on our young daughters beds, but even the double bed hadn’t been changed although we couldn’t locate fresh bedding for that. We also found it difficult to work the hearing and on the first night it was freezing. It did warm up but was quite cold generally.

Great cottage,good facilities clean and comfortable good value for money would highly recommend 👌
