Great location, comfortable accommodation.

Great location, close to beach and shops with a large, comfortable living area and a designated parking spot on the driveway. And I have to say we had fantastic communication between the owner and ourselves when we encountered a little hiccup at the beginning of our stay that was sorted immediately. Thoroughly recommend.

Kitchen a little tired ,no information folder provided eg heating,lock needed on bathroom door.

The property was in a good location.

The property had a disgusting amount of mould on the windows in the twin bedroom. Wooden window frames that clearly need replacing, peeling wallpaper and mould on the ceiling in the hallway. The sink and carpets were dirty. Big build up of dust and hairs under the main bed. We contacted the owners once we had left to highlight the issues, including photos (not to ask for a refund or anything which would have been a reasonable request) as we felt it was important to tell them directly before leaving a review. Their reply was that we should have contacted them once we arrived as they could have sent their cleaner around. However the majority of the issues minus the dirt under the bed cannot be resolved that quickly. There was no acknowledgement that the state of the property was not at an adequate standard to be let out especially if you have anyone in your group with lung conditions. The reason we did not contact them during our stay was that we arrived on Friday evening at 9pm, was out all day at a family memorial on the Saturday and then left early Sunday so there really was little point, plus new windows, wallpaper and mould issues cannot be resolved by a cleaner popping round. If we had stayed for longer for a family holiday we would have been very disappointed and contacted them sooner. Avoid!

Location, comfy beds, pretty cottage

I didn't like how we ran out of toilet roll and we had to get more ourselves, there also wasn't any bodywash etc and said in the description there would be some for us. So the facilities were lacking. A welcome package would have been nice too, like tea bags, coffee, sugar etc.

excellent location in a quiet area. Buckets and spades available for the kids to take to the beach, was very helpful. Cottage was just the right size for our requirements. Good value for money and good communication from the owners. Plenty of towels and the bathroom fixtures and fittings were all new.

The parking space was extremely tight and not easy to get the kids out of their car seats when another vehicle is parked alongside. The previous occupants must have had a dog as there was dog hair and a dog smell downstairs. Fridge was very noisy and even noticeable when upstairs.
