Appartamento vecchio e fatiscente, in cucina manca il piano cottura. Cucina e bagno ciechi. Diciamo che è consigliabile solo se si è di passaggio per una notte, ma è impensabile per una vacanza.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super.13 Minuten zu Fuß.auch gibt es ganz viele Restaurants und Geschäfte um die Unterkunft herum. Zum Meer sind es auch nur 5 Minuten. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr nostalgischen Flair. Es ist sicher seit 1960 nichts mehr verändert worden. Eine echte Zeitreise. Aber man muss es natürlich mögen. Wir sind viel durch die Welt gereist,darum war es für uns in Ordnung.

Der Preis war für die Ausstattung schon sportlich.leidet hatten wir nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch für 3 Personen bekommen. Die Haustüre klemmt,aber es ist viel Platz in der Wohnung,2 Zimmer...das kleine Bett dürfte ausgetauscht werden. Wir hatten nachts das Rollo unten und die Klima an,so hatten wir gut Frischluft

Needs renovation ASAP, bathroom and restroom are in dire conditions

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Upon arrival, I was unable to get in touch with the owner despite calling multiple times and sending several emails. The booking stated that someone would meet me at the property, but no one showed up and no key code was provided in any communication. It was only thanks to some kind residents of the building—who helped contact the owner—that I was eventually given the key code. The door was extremely difficult to open, and two girls living there had to help me get inside. Once in, the condition of the property was unacceptable. It was dirty, mouldy, and clearly had not been cleaned before my arrival. There were long hairs around the flat (despite me having a shaved head), and dust, mould, and cobwebs everywhere. The taps were coated in thick grime, the sink was mouldy, and the kettle was covered in limescale. There was no hot water, the shower wall outlet was broken, and there was no phone signal. I tried messaging the host to ask about Wi-Fi but received no response. The host was unhelpful and uncommunicative throughout, and the property was not fit to be rented. I have made a formal complaint to Booking.com and am currently awaiting their response.

The hazardous mould and the faulty door

12 min walk from the airport, cheapest and closest option for 1 night stay. 1 double bed, 1 single, towels, soap, kettle, fridge, shower.

The place is very basic and a bit worn, definitely in need of a renovation. We were told the key was in the lockbox, but the code wasn’t shared, so we had to wait around until we could get hold of it. That said, for one night, given the price and location, I’d stay again
