"The place is ok to overnight (like it was in our situation), but not for vacations:))"

Lokation, easy communication

It was strong smoking smell in the apartment; we were 3, and get 2 towels. The third bed was folding bed.

Was convenient to get to and close to the city

The facilities were very dirty and felt outdated. Most things in the bathroom were falling apart, including the shower having no shower curtain or holder for the shower head.

The owner had some bad experiences with tenants. Old furniture and the property needs renovation.
