Shower drain was blocked. Communication could have been better- the app clearly says you won’t be contacted for further payments, so emails on the deposit were assumed to be scam. It wasn’t clear until you went right into the details it was required to release the access details. Voice message re access to the property at 3.30 wasn’t answered until 9.30pm.

Fabulous location - once you find it!! - The signage / directions were a little 'vague', and the locals were as confused as we were! Really well presented houses, well heated and super comfy beds

Info on how to get there, needs clearer signs, and the Laundry room - the tumble dryer is useless - dont bother! The larger hot tub, would have been great - but even after 3 hours the water was only warm - certainly not hot. If it had been lit before we arrived, we would have made more use of it. Personal issue - the spiral stairs at night are a little scary if you dont like spiral staircases!!

Lovely facility and just perfect all round

We liked to overall look of it, it was really unique and fun. The inside was designed well, spotlessly clean and really good set up in the kitchen for self catering. Views were nice & the electric blinds were very nice with the large view window, while lying in bed. Showers & products provided were lovely.

Unfortunately there was stormy weather with very high winds on our visit. We couldn’t get the hot tub right, we messaged the owners and they gave instruction which were followed, I don’t know how it happened but we were unable to use the hot tub which was a big part of our stay which was really disappointing. The noise of the squeaky front door was a massive issue all night but this wasn’t helped with 50mph winds (there was a large gap in the door which send a freezing breeze through the door). We were so cold during the night and had to get the heating on which was hard to gauge the right heat. So we did not sleep, with the noise of the squeak, the racket of the wind and the swaying it was just too much.

It was very secluded, very well laid out and lovely fittings.

I started heating the hot tub up form around 4.30pm and gave up around 11.30pm as it didn’t get even warm. That was our only disappointment but a big one as one of the main reasons we chose this location was the hot tub experience, but I didn’t want this to reflect the scores as all the other facilities were great. It would also be a good option to include a tele so you have that option when having the stove on later at night. This probably highlighted that more so because of the issue we had with the hot tub.
