It’s a shame the owners seem nice people. The pictures of the kitchen is not what is on the advertisement. Positives. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The bathroom was dated needs a referb but ok. Shower riser was loose. Lounge chairs looked old and tired. The kitchen had been ripped out and some form of temp kit was put in place. Not fit to be rented out again. The kitchen flooded twice when we was there. The work too was balanced on the cooker with the hob above not good and the sink was not fitted properly. The tv was still broke from the previous people who left a review. Not worth the money I payed. If you intend to let these places out you should make sure it’s satisfactory.

The couple that own the property are absolutely lovely and very friendly. The house is in a good location, close to Chessington world of adventure and local shops,pubs. Beds were comfortable.

Mould in the bathrooms, hot water tap in the kitchen doesn't work. Small garden at the front of the property looks very messy - not as welcoming as it could be, easily rectified by removing the grass and gravelling the area. Old empty juice container found in the front bedroom. Blind in back bedroom appears dirty.

Great location within walking distance of Chessington. Hosts were really helpful and friendly and we had a great weekend with plenty of space for all of us.

Some parts of the house aren't up to the standards that you might have if you want a modern, recently refurbished home but it has everything you need and we had a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was clean and supplied with everything you would normally have in your own house. It was very spacious and homely. There were plenty of towels, sanitary items scattered around the house so you never had to go look for anything. There was a dishwasher which was very convenient and plenty of cutlery and plates etc for a large group of people. The host was very responsive and helpful! This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at and it was very good value for money!
