The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable - it had everything we needed and in a good location for what we needed.

it wasn’t a big deal but as it was such nice weather and hot , it was a shame the back garden wasn’t really sorted to sit outside.

convenience , close to family , quiet

did not know how to adjust heating temperature - was set at 22 degrees . grateful to be warm but just too hot . maybe provide instructions to guests on using keypad .

mould in areas of the building, very smelly when entering the building, low water pressure on shower,
