Fantastic property with amazing views and plenty of space for a bigger family. Excellent communications from hosts and lovely furnishings - felt very spolit!

Nothing. It was a 20 mins hilly walk to/from the centre but we enjoyed the fresh air - might not be best choice for elderly / those with mobility issues.

Cleanliness of apartment - spider webs on windows and outdoor furniture Need to update furniture etc - looks old and when your paying good money it is disappointing.

Location was great and neighbours cat totally gorgeous - visited a couple of times

Did not seem clean, very tired property for the money, lots of marks and scruffiness, endless stairs, bedding was not high end, one bed didn't even have a valance, oven door did not close properly, water pressure was all over the place and one rooms didn't have towels

We all loved our stay, great for a group of friends as every room has it's own bathroom and space so not all on top of each other. Lot of space in communal areas, fantastic views , hot tub is great and there are instructions on how to clean it, ther was a heat pump so it was nice and warm, full kitchen to cook roast dinner, only a few minutes drive to town, easy check-in/check-out, good communication. We had no issues with our stay whatsoever and would definitely go back. Cleaning supplies to tidy up before we left, lots of space in the bins provided for rubbish. It is on the expensive side, but it's Queenstown and to have all the extra space and bathrooms was worth the expense for our group.

It is a dangerous getting in and out of the hot tub as there is nothing to step up / down on onto. Some reviews complain about water pressure, it can get slow in the top bathroom especially after people in other bathrooms have showered or if they are showering, but it just takes some coordination between people, it wasn't a big issue for our group. There are a few steps leading up to the property and getting up to some of the rooms, so not ideal for people with severe mobility issues. We had a 67 year old and he had no issues.

Space, location, parking spots

Got good view.

Too many steps up a steep staircase to access property and rooms. Not suitable for seniors or old folks or those with young kids. Cannot park large 12 seater car, had to find space along the main road for overnight parking. Water pressure no good if more than 2 rooms use water at the same time. We had to come up with a schedule to bathe every evening. Toilet seat is small and does not fit. Bathroom does not supply bathing gel and shampoo and does not have holders for those we brought along.
