No hot water for first 24 hours. After more than 12 phone calls to Bachcare, the property manager eventually turned up having said he would be there several times earlier. quite low water pressure throughout the house.

Views were amazing

Water pressure in showers, carpet on middle floor was dirty, wifi password was on floor in corner?

All the stairs. The pressure in the shower was very low The toilet in master bedroom was broken The door in main lounge was broken

Loved how well equipped it was. It worked very well for the 8 adults that stayed. Great location and that view is absolutely stunning!

We were told the key would be placed in a different spot at the time of arrival to unlock the house but after the key not being where we were told it would be, we chased up the manager of the property to learn that the keys were in a lock box and we hadn’t been given the code. That was dissappointing as my name was on the booking and was not the first to arrive… as I was in and out of reception whilst driving to Queenstown, other guests that were arriving had to wait for me to contact the manager once I came into range. They waited over an hour to get into the house so that was dissappointing

the second room upstairs no Netflix the shower takes long to heat up no shampoo or body wash provided
