"Not good value for money, place needs a good clean and maintenance"

We didn't rate this stay very well due to these things - CLEANLINESS - MOULD - Significant mould on bathroom window casings and sills. Clearly hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Outdoor table and chairs were very dirty - obviously uncleaned, and not ready for guests SHOWER SCUM - thick coating of scum on the door of the shower SPA not heating - We turned on the hot tub/spa, but after 4 hours it still wasn't hot. We were unable to have a spa.

Very warm, nice and clean, spa pool was wonderful

A little bit nervous about the two flights of stairs because of my dodgy knee but they were fine once I got used to them
