Treehouse Spa Escape - Private Spa Pool

Location was perfect, view gorgeous. Comfortable and clean. Lots of space and beautifully decorated.

Private spa was in direct view of neighboring property's bbq area Tradesmen had just finished painting part of the house prior to our check in, there was a strong paint smell for 5 days of our stay.

So warm ! I thought because we were coming into winter it would be cold … but nope! The sheets - so nice ! Bed super comfy The couches … we both fell asleep on them !

The 2nd bed room is very dark We didn’t use it … as there was just my partner and I

The views from the balcony were amazing! Not very far from Arrowtown/queenstown location was great. Very accommodating, had a high chair and provided a cot for my one year old.

The property was not ideal for our family of 4. Poor access to the property, narrow street and steep stairs. Not very welcoming especially when you have luggage to carry. On entry the house was not clean when we arrived although we were advised it was cleaned prior. The house needs a renovation. Definitely not worth what we paid. The overkill of mirrors down to the locked cupboards made it feel like a haunted house. I travelled with 2 teenage girls and they weren’t staying 1 night in that house. We prepaid for 4 nights and didn’t stay 1. checked in, then left 40mins later once we found suitable accommodation which cost us twice as much but our family were happier in the new accommodation. Contacted the owner and they weren’t willing to offer any form compensation/refund. They were quite abrupt. We definitely won’t be recommending this site to anyone.

The location was good for walking and sightseeing. The apartment had everything we needed.

Although it didn't affect the enjoyment of our holiday, the apartment perhaps needed a little tlc.

The views were beautiful and the space very comfortable.
