Very comfortable and cozy

The only downside is the parking as on site parking is affected by neighbours requiring access at all times. However this is a small inconvenience compared with the overall excellent experience

Right on a busy Rd Parking a bit of issue for large cars as shred parking & other 2cars have large Disabled sign on saying not to block them !! got parked on Rd just over from cottage Corner sofa very uncomfortable springs & cushions slopping all over the show Lack of bedside tables & lamps second Bedroom No storage in Bathroom for Toiletries

So close to Keswick and everything in that area. We loved our stay in the Lakes. Very clean house, with everything you need to cook for a week, the kitchen is amazing and just enough space for 2 people to relax.

Sofa was difficult to get out of as very low to the ground and sagging in the corner. No coffee table to put your drinks on or to play board games on in an evening while on the sofa. Outside seating was just a garden chair between the car and the bins facing the neighbours parked car. And parking was an issue, I only just got my car parked against the wall, within the line and then got told by some bloke to move it closer, and no idea who he was. Presumed he was the owner but didn't introduce himself. If you have a BIG car there is NO parking.

It was a home from home in every sense - clean,cosy, well equipped and just a short drive from many attractions and scenic locations across the northern Lakes. The village has a well stocked shop and a friendly community-run pub - a few mins walk from the property.

Parking up in the narrow space alongside the property was a challenge.

Very clean on arrival. Great instructions as to how to find and gain entry. The cottage extremely well equipped with everything needed to make the stay complete.

Due to my limited mobility I found the stairs difficult especially as bannister rail did not go all the way up. Seating was also a slight issue. These are comments relating to my issues rather than the property itself. Parking in the village is also limited and difficult.

Very helpful host. Had everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Close to shops and pubs.
