Plenty of room, very clean, beautiful surroundings.

Hard to criticise (but as you ask) we felt the bathroom and bedroom needed an extra heater when the temperature dropped quite noticeably during our stay. Otherwise no complaints.

It was very peaceful with plenty of space. I loved sitting outside in the private garden.

Located in the beautiful Suffolk country, the accommodation was excellent. All the rooms were well equipped and a very friendly helpful welcome on arrival. Will definitely be staying again

I have no complaints

The property is huge for a one bedroom house and has every feature/facility you could need. Direct sunlight on front and back and such a massive private gated garden. The sauna and pond pool area is quite unique and a bonus! Largest bath tub I’ve ever seen! The full utility is brilliant and there’s even a clothes horse to use. Nothing missing!

The bedroom could benefit from a black out blind.

We were visiting family in the area and liked the property’s proximity to them - a few minutes away by car. It’s in a peaceful location away from busy roads. The home overlooks farmland and has walking trails off the back of the property. It met our needs perfectly. Rob greeted us on arrival and was readily available if needed. Great communication.

what a gorgeous rural setting and a find, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
