This property is exceptional in its facilities and standard of finish. Essentially it is like your own home rather than a property for rent. What also sets it apart from the normal properties on the market is that although it has one bedroom, rather than having limited space, the kitchen, lounge, bathroom is on another scale in this property. Fantastic

I should add that we did initially have problems with non functioning heating. This is provided by a heat pump combined with under floor heating. Heat up time (as with any other heat pump source heating) is very slow to respond from cold. That said the owner sorted this out for us and this should be considered a one off.
