I liked the location, it was perfect for my evening plans. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The parking and elevator situation. My parking pass was not in the room, then there was issues getting a pass and figuring out my spot number. Then someone was in my spot. There was no signal in the garage so I could not pull the pictures to find the right elevator and got stuck in the next building. It took an hour to get in the room, get the parking situation and get to my room. Only one elevator was working. Then as I was getting ready a while later, I was told I had to change parking spots. The room was clean enough, but the main hotel felt unclean and I could see the roach traps.

Very spacious, great facilities, everything brand new. The kitchen was top-notch with a Miele fridge, branded silverware, cooking essentials and a dining table. Everything we wanted was there, including a smart TV with apple play!

I was carjacked and assaulted upon arrival while I was unloading the suitcases. I had parked the car just in front of the hotel. A gang of four attacked me with pepper spray and started beating and punching me to get the keys of the car. I run towards the hotel door but they were faster and grabbed me and continued hitting me. I ended up in the hospital. Washington DC is a dangerous city with a homicide rate well above the US average. This hotel is in the city and while the neighbourhood looks safe, it proved that it isn’t. If you need to stay in the city, this is a good hotel, but make sure you arrive during daylight (I arrived at 8pm), and you book the car park which costs 45eur per night. I am glad that I came out of this event alive and hope that the city will work seriously on its crime rate.

We had a long stay (10 days) and they should clean at least one time. I called them but they answer wee culd do it bt with extra charged. Master bedroom could have a Kingbed

The location was the best thing about the saty, The apartment looks modern and big not tiny which was very good , the kitchen was very good as it have everything you may need during your stay,

so at first glance and first general impression, you feel that everything is perfect, but when you look closely you find that the apartment lack the most important thing! The cleanness! For example: the bedding (the sheets , pillows & the comforter ) are all not clean! Having a lot of hair on it and some stains as if they are not cleaning/washing it after every stay!! , the appliances like the kettle has layers and layers of build up inside it, as if it had been sitting there for years without any cleaning!! So how could we use it if it was this dirty? And we pay a big fee under the “cleaning” service!! For the safety: the bathtub was very higher to enter the bathtub than normal! Was kind of dangerous , and they should install safety rail inside the bathtub , we are not elders but we were gonna fall several time and a rail would have been helpful to hold to it while slipping , I will not stay there again because of the cleanness problem.

Good kitchen, comfy bed, a bit low pressure of the shower. Plenty of space. Great area, only 30min from the white house walking fast, very close to nice bars and resaturants

I am extremely disappointed as they made me pay 200$ for the lost of a fob, a piece of plastic needed to use the elevator. When I mentioned this to them, they thanked me for my honesty and withdrew the money from my credit card. This is not in the T&Cs of the booking and unacceptable
