It was located in the best possible place to access restaurants, bars, boutiques and is close to the White House, Lincoln Memorial, etc. the units was in very good condition, was tastefully decorated, had excellent appliances and I was very pleasantly surprised by how well stocked it was (towels, soaps, paper towels, detergent, etc.). The staff was very friendly and open to help.

Perhaps it could have been a little cheaper.

Good kitchen with working appliances, basic cooking implements provided. Sitting area well decorated and designed. The furniture was very comfortable, but a blanket would have been a nice touch.

The bathroom. The tiling in the tub was chipped and peeled away, and the shower head wasn't nice and has low pressure. Similarly, the toilet also has low pressure too.

Location is convenience to shopping & restaurant. Easy walking to get to places. Facility is small but comfort feel. Studio Room is nice big comfortable size. Clean, comfy bed, and shower pressure is good. Like the front desk courtier there all the time.

The price is little more than would like but it's not too bad. The light switch took a while to find and figure out to turn on. The angle of our room faces directly into other rooms and the courtyard, not as privacy.

One of the towels was pretty stained.

The apartment was self-contained and within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, and places of interest. It was large enough for a couple. The kitchen was great, and you could do light cooking, such as breakfast. We had a great 9-nights stay.

The bed was very soft, and it could be uncomfortable for us to sleep in. Maybe a vacuum cleaner can be added so that at least you can clean the floors although there was a broom, a vacuum will be great, especially for a long-term stay!

High standard of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Big apartment (room 418). Great coffee maker, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer, bathroom, etc. Brilliant location on R Street and 14 Street. Bus stop 1 minute from front door to downtown/ Smithsonians, etc for $2.25. Also 10 minute walk to P Street where easy bus ride into the geart of Georgetown. Great concierge so very safe and secure entrance. Very trendy area with a lot of great restaurants within 5-10 minute walk ( two of the best restaurants 2 minutes walk ; try the Sea Bass at Sette Osteria restaurant). Also Trader Joes supermarket about 8 minutes walk.
