- very clean - nice and spacious - great cooking facilities - very close to the beach, shops and restaurants

- there are a couple of pubs close by, which can get noisy in the evenings - could do with a bit more air conditioning

Our second trip to Waves and we’ll definitely be returning! Location is excellent, a few minutes from the beach and all other sights. The court yard garden was a real oasis given the heat! Decor is lovely, with some really interesting pieces. Waves is well equipped and spotless! See you next summer :)

Waves was a great find. The property is perfectly situated making it easy to walk to the nearby shops, restaurants and seafront. The entire house is very well looked after. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds and the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. Deborah the host kept in touch to ensure we were happy with everything and also helped with suggestions of where to dine and how to catch a bus to Canterbury. I highly recommend Waves as a great place to stay when visiting Whitstable.

Location, comfort, light

Very busy in terms of record but after 24 hours I kind of felt at home!

Great location minutes from the harbour, very well appointed and well equipped.

A little noise from the pubs, but we knew that and if you want to be so central and close to everything you can’t expect to be in a completely tranquil place but the house does feel peaceful and relaxing.

We loved the personal touches to the property, all the decor, the nods to Whitstable throughout and the music memorabilia. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and with a firm mattress. We loved the sun room and the outdoor area.

The only things I can think of were the parking nearby, we got a space straight away but as the roads were very narrow my partner was nervous his car getting hit. This is of course no reflection on the property. The pub outside of the property was very loud which we already knew could be an issue and being a Saturday night there was a lot of drunk shouting from the patrons. Again no reflection on the property itself.
