Amazing location and beautifully decorated property. I particularly like the sun room!

Great location only 2 minutes walk from the harbour. The house was so well equipped, and full of character. When we arrived the boiler wasn’t working but Deborah sorted out someone to fix it really quickly - we really appreciated this. We also loved sitting in the sunny courtyard.

Finding a car parking space was tricky and the only downside, but with perseverance there were spaces available.

Where to begin! Deborah had incredible communication from booking to check out and was helpful throughout. We had asked about a flexible check in time and she was more than accommodating. The space - wow!! Gorgeous, with personal touches everywhere. You truly felt like you were in a home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy! We came in the winter and Deborah made sure it was nice and warm right when we got in! Lovely garden and art throughout the property. Location - across from two lovely pubs in a small pedestrian walkway. There wasn’t much noise from the pubs when we were there at all. You are a 2 minute walk from the harbour and there is delicious food everywhere! We came by train and it was only about a 10 minute walk to the house. The beach is super close and there is a beautiful shopping area (Harbour St.) which is just a few steps away. I can’t say enough about the hosts, the location, the food, the art, or the people of Whitstable. Absolutely magical. Will be back!

Delightful home in a central location. Full of lovely touches

The location was perfect. 5 minute walk from everything Whitstable has to offer. The property itself was fantastic. Loved the decor and character. The kitchen has everything you need. The downstairs inc the garden is well designed to make use of all the space it has. The rest of the property is clean, quirky and stylish.

The only slight negative was the bedroom on the top floor got very hot and we had to have the fans on all night. But we shouldn't complain about the weather!

Lovely house, comfy with everything you need in a very central location. Great little terrace to relax in too.

Could hear some noise from the street outside but it was ok mid-week.

Beautiful decor, really comfortable and great location. Secure garden for our dog was brilliant for us.

Thank you so much for our absolutely fabulous and relaxing stay in Waves Whitstable, which was very much needed! I find it’s often difficult to please a picky urban husband and kids. But wonderful Whitstable and your utterly cool and cosy pad hit the spot for us all! We all loved the interior design and quirky touches. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Our dog felt very settled too. The guide that the host provided was very helpful and appreciated. We took advantage of the fab fish & chips deal and live music at Pearsons Arms on Tuesday night, following a lovely walk along the seafront and doughnuts at the Forge. We loved the harbour and all the many shops and cafes in Whitstable. We also had a great walk and light lunch with drinks at The Neptune - love the character of this place. There wasn’t anything we didn’t enjoy about our stay, it was all wonderful. Thank you and hope to return again for a long weekend to relieve our London stress! Emma, Drew, Mia, Luca & Coco 🐾
